Hey, I'm Pete.
I turn technical chaos into things that actually work. Teams that ship. Systems that scale. Problems that stay solved.
Based on the south coast of England, working with clients everywhere. My world is e-commerce and enterprise tech—integrations, custom builds, and the firefighting that happens when systems break and nobody knows why.
I took an unusual path here: support → analyst → developer → product → leadership. The silver lining? I can translate between anyone—your developers, your CEO, your frustrated customers. I've sat in all those chairs.
What people tell me
I stay calm when everything's on fire.
Production down at 2am? Critical bug before launch? I don't panic. I just start fixing.
I'll tell you if it's a bad idea.
Before you spend money proving it. Most consultants won't do that—I will.
I finish what I start.
Anyone can kick off a project with enthusiasm. I make sure it actually lands—and keeps working.
How I like to work
No jargon. No corporate theatre. I figure out what you actually need first, then we build it. Problems get flagged early, not discovered after it's too late.
I'm pretty selective about what I take on. Not arrogance—just focus. Better to do fewer things well than many things badly.
When I'm not working
Currently doing an MSt in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge. Mostly for the frameworks, the thinking, and the people.
Usually somewhere near the sea. Coffee in hand. Probably thinking a bit too hard about something interesting.
