I'm Pete.
I make technical chaos make sense. Teams that ship. Systems that scale. Problems that stay solved.
South coast of England. Work with clients globally. E-commerce and enterprise tech—integrations, custom builds, and the firefighting that happens when things break and nobody knows why.
Unusual path: support → analyst → developer → product → leadership. The upside? I can talk to anyone—your devs, your CEO, your frustrated customers. Been in all those chairs.
What people notice
I stay calm when it's on fire.
Production down at 2am? Critical bug before launch? I don't panic. I fix.
I tell you the truth.
Bad idea? I'll say so before you spend money proving it. Most consultants won't.
I finish what I start.
Anyone can kick off a project with energy. I make sure it lands—and keeps working.
How I work
No jargon. No corporate theatre. Figure out what you actually need first, then build it. Problems get flagged early, not discovered late.
I'm selective about what I take on. Not arrogance—focus. Better to do fewer things well than many things badly.
Outside work
MSt in Entrepreneurship at Cambridge. For the frameworks, the thinking, the people.
Usually near the sea. Coffee in hand. Probably thinking too hard about something interesting.
